Unable to add new item on 1P beta mac
This pops up every time trying to add new item via the desktop app. And using the browser extension just redirects to the desktop app. This has been happening for a few versions, including the stable version, which was the reason I opted into the beta version thinking it may fix the issue.
The other usage is fine, except that the desktop app seems not in sync with the browser version.
1Password Version: 8.9.7
Extension Version: 2.3.8
OS Version: macOS 12.6
Browser:_ Safari

I'm sorry you've run into this trouble. Could you try resetting 1Password for Mac, by following the instructions shown here, and let me know how it goes?
