Unable to auto-fill on any circulaire-en-ligne.ca forms

I'm using 1Password for Mac  8.12.21

I'm using 1Password for Safari 8.12.12

This what doen't work and what work on the forms.

Votre Prénom: fills correctly my first name

Votre Nom: my last name is not filled

Votre adresse courriel: it only fills my username of my email but not @gmail.com

Confirmer l'adresse courriel: my email address is filled

all these sites are not working

    I've added your details to an internal report we have for the circulaire-en-ligne.ca site to help our developers assess a possible improvement in a future update.

    While I can't guarantee a timeline for a fix to be implemented, you can make sure you have access to any new features or fixes as soon as they're available by making sure you have 1Password set to update automatically. You can also check out our releases page for any updates across all of our platforms:

    In the meantime, I would suggest copying and pasting your details into this form.
