Apologies for the delay getting back to you here, testing this locally I'm seeing the same results and I can see that we've also documented this internally. For some additional context, autofill in its current form is dependant on a couple factors from the website itself, the website needs to accurately label username/password fields, and allow those fields to be autofilled.
In the case of the specific link you shared, it appears the username and password fields do not allow any auotcompletion, which is what I suspect is inhibiting 1Password's autofill feature. If you'd like to take a look at this yourself, you can right-click the username field and select "Inspect". In the information that appears you'll see autocomplete="off".
In case it's helpful in the meantime, if you use the 1Password desktop app you can also use Quick Access to copy account credentials and paste them instead of dragging and dropping from the 1Password browser extension.
