Unable to click/move the scroll bar of the tag selection

When I click the scroll bar of the tag selection, the popup closes, and I can't choose a tag. Yes, I know I can use the mouse wheel, but clicking the bar also should work.

    Thank you for reporting the issue! I can confirm that I see the same behaviour on my end and I've filed an internal work item to have our team get this fixed.

    For the time being, as you mentioned, you can use the scroll wheel on your mouse. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
