even restarting both the browser and the 1Password desktop app I got the same result. I only succeeded in troubleshooting the problem by setting "right click on 1Password extension icon > Manage extensions > Allow site access" to "On all sites". By setting it on "On click" or "On specific sites" I got the same message from the screenshot attached in the previous post and thus didn't allow me to create any new account on the Web using the password generator.
