Unable to login to 1P without web access

HI @stadtmkw, thanks for this. You should be able to log into the app and access your data when offline, provided that you've done the initial setup on that device (meaning, that you've installed the app and logged in the first time with your account password, Secret Key, sign-in address, and so on).

Can you tell me more about what happens when you try to unlock the app while offline? For example, do you get any error messages? I'll be happy to learn more about this and help in any way I can.
