Unable to stop "Save to 1Password" Prompt

Linux OS (Ubuntu based distro)
Chrome Browser
1PW app version - 8.10.75 (Production)
1PW Browser extension version - 8.10.78.43 (Stable)

I have an issue where the prompt for saving to 1PW constantly pops up even if fully disabled in the extension settings;

Even when the browser completes an SSO without any passwords entered this will still popup.

Any suggestions?

  • Hello TDMayo! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're seeing an unexpected "Sign in with" prompt from 1Password, that definitely doesn't look right. This is a long-shot but is it possible that you have two different versions of 1Password installed in your browser? You can check by entering the following into your address bar and pressing Enter: chrome://extensions/

    If you only see the one version then can you reproduce the issue one more time and then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

    Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
