ModeratorThanks for the reply. A Primary vault is something that you would generally only see in 1Password, this is an older standalone vault that isn't supported in 1Password 8. Is it possible that you're still opening 1Password 7 on one of your devices?
To help me better understand the situation I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing
when you see the Primary vault and attach it to your reply:
Make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot. I look forward to hearing from you.
