unalbe to export after update

Since updating to latest version the export data function is grayed out. I usually export a hard copy every three months or so to put in my safe so my less than tech savy family can figure out how to get into my accounts if they need too. version is 8.80 windows 10

    Would you please provide more details about this issue.

    Is the Export itself disabled or you can see your accounts in sub menu and they are disabled?
