Hello Kitforbes! 👋

Thank you for the post! You can remove an item from Watchtower's ignore list by following these steps:

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password for Windows app.
  2. Click Watchtower in the sidebar.
  3. Scroll down and click Show Ignored Alerts.
  4. Click on an item and then click Restore alert from the banner.

The issue in the thread that you linked is one that our developers are still investigating and it should only affect a small number of users/items. Can you tell me if the steps that I've provided above work for you?
