Uninformative error message for file upload

When uploading a file that I don't have access to (for example owned by root when I'm on a user account), 1Password says it can't save due to a problem with the file's encryption when it is actually a permission error.

This can be worked around by changing the ownership, but the error message doesn't help with figuring out a solution.

Extension Version: 2.3.5
OS Version: 5.18.2-zen1-1.1-zen
