To clarify: does Quick Access appear on your screen at all, when you press cmd + \? If not, we'll be happy to investigate that for you.
Unfortunately not. I'm running the latest v8 beta on my Macbook Pro 2013 and in accessibility all is fine --> https://share.cleanshot.com/PPfZcw
(One thing to check is whether the 1Password app is unlocked, and whether its icon is present in your menu bar at the top of the screen).
yes / yes --> https://share.cleanshot.com/p7RyH6
If Quick Access does open, it will either 1) suggest your Spotify login right away or 2) if you don't see any search results, you can start typing "Spotify" and the appropriate result should come up. Then, you can press Autofill and 1Password will pop the login information into the Spotify app for you.
_If i open 1P quick access in front of my Spotify app (not in the browser) i see this --> https://share.cleanshot.com/ORooT4 but nothing happen and i can't autofill my login even if i try to press cmd + _
There's another way to use Universal Autofill as well. You can open the Spotify app, click the username field or equivalent, and then press cmd + . 1Password will autofill the login for you and automatically sign you in to the Spotify app as well.
nope, it doesn't work
I hope this is helpful - but even if things aren't quite working yet, we'll be here to help make sure that you're able to get there. Thanks for letting us know you encountered this issue, and we'll look forward to your reply!
