Unlocking web extension login page opens

Hello, TynAdmin. Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry about the problem you are encountering with 1Password.

I have a couple of questions if you don't mind:

  • If you unlock the 1Password desktop app first, does the 1Password extension unlock at the same time?
  • Is there an offline indicator (cloud icon with a line through it beside the search field) in the extension? If so, what happens when you click the icon?
  • When 1Password.com appears, are there any error messages?
