Updated entries show CONFLICT

I've had a couple of instances yesterday and today where I updated a field in an existing entry on one device - I could see the update on other devices but on the device (Android phone) where the update was made a CONFLICT tag was added with the changed field info but the record was not updated.

For example - updated existing email field on an entry then saved it; instead of the email field reflecting the change a CONFLICT tag was added to the entry with the updated email field info.  The primary email field on the entry was not updated on the local device.

I have tried force-stopping the app and purging its cache through the system settings as well as logging out and back in to 1Password on the app, but the CONFLICT field persists on the updated record.  I have to manually enter the update again and save it to show correctly on the local device.

Any suggestions on resolving this annoying issue are appreciated.  Thank you.
