Upgrade from 7 to 8 has not migrated some items correctly
I've migrated from 7 - 8 but quite a lot of entries/items have not migrated correctly. Here's a screenshot example
and here's what was migrated (as seen on a different device that still has access to the old vault)
As you can see, the migrated version is not particularly useful. As I say, this has not happened to every item from the original vault, but enough to be annoying. What's happened, can I fix this in some way, without having to manually go through and find each entry/item that looks completely useless & then go to my other device and copy the original good version to a new vault?
