Upgrade impact on others in my family/business?

I have 2 1Password accounts, a business and a Family. Would there be any impact for other members of either account if I upgrade to 1P8 and they remain on 7?

There won't be an impact, your family members and teammates can continue to use 1Password 7 while you update to 1Password 8. You'll still be able to view and edit shared items and no functionality will be lost.

Is there a way for me to revert back if 1P8 is not for me? I use 1P7 extensively each day so it's important it works as expected.

Absolutely! 1Password 8 is not a one way door and you can revert back to 1Password 7 if you wish to do so in the future.
