Urgent! Please help, app crashing after trying to start membership

I started to upgrade to membership from DropBox syncing. I got through the account setup and validation.

Then I went back to the app on my computer and opened it and entered in the vault password. It started doing stuff and then crashed. All it does now is crash every time I enter the vault password.

I never got to the point where I received my new secret key and I cannot even log in to the server site either.

When I open the app preferences I see that the new user has been created but since I can't open the vault I can get to my secret key.

How in earth do I unravel this mess and get back working.
