I'm sorry about the issue you encountered when using passkeys on your Windows device. I have a few questions to understand the behaviour:

  • What steps did you take when saving the passkey in 1Password?
  • Can you check for any pending updates to your browser and 1Password?
  • Does this problem occur with different browsers other than Chrome?
  • Can you register a test passkey at https://webauthn.io/ with the 1Password extension? If you can save the passkey, does the 1Password passkey prompt appear after refreshing the page?
