UX: Inconsistent and unchangeable account icons

Account icons are inconsistent.

The sidebar shows this:

And choosing "Manage accounts" from the menu shows this:

However, that is not the icon I have selected on my.1password.com, and the icon shown in the app UI isn't even one that exists to be selected:

Additionally, there's no way to change the icon in the app. I should be able to do that without getting kicked out to a website.

    Hi @davedelong:

    Thanks for asking! As you've noticed, you're seeing different icons between the web interface and 1Password 8. This is because the icon you've set isn't necessarily a synced icon, but the default icon. 1Password on the web uses a different default icon than 1Password 8 does. Selecting a specific icon in that dropdown, or uploading your own would result in it being synced across all devices as expected.

    Additionally, I've recorded your feedback about not being able to manage your account icon within the 1Password app internally.
