v8: 1P extension issues

Have just upgraded from v7 to v8. Upgrade went fine, but 1P mini extension in taskbar now doesn't work - Quick access brings up the QA dialogue ok, but only other options are "Open 1 Password", "Lock...

The issue mentioned by Jack in this thread was resolved with version 8.7.1:

We’ve fixed an issue that could cause the app to crash when attempting to use Universal Autofill on macOS Catalina 10.15.

Please make sure that you're using the latest version of 1Password 8: How to keep 1Password up to date

If that doesn't resolve the issue then can you tell me if 1Password is crashing when you invoke Quick Access itself or when you try to fill a login into another Mac app using Universal Autofill?
