Version 8.8.0 asks for pin. Don't have a pin. "Forgot pin" link gives wrong instructions.

Version 8.8.0 on pc asks for pin to log in. Don't have a pin. "Forgot pin" link instructs to go to settings/account. There is no account item in settings. I can just cancel the pin window and go through to normal password logon, but it is a nuisance.

Thanks, Jack. I feel a bit silly about this!

    Hi @ianrodger:

What you're seeing is Windows Hello, which allows you to unlock 1Password. To reset your Windows Hello PIN, search for "Settings" in the Start Menu. Choose Accounts, then choose the Windows Hello PIN option, then "I forgot my PIN". You'll need your Windows account password, not your 1Password account password.
