Virtual card in UK

I just joined 1Password because I thought that I would be able to use virtual bank cards for online purchases. However, as far as I can see, the ones it provides are for US residents only? Is there a way to use them for UK residents? And, no, I don't want to have to change my location on the VPN every time I use one.
