Watchtower Score Bug - Mac 943 and iOS 878
I really have some serious problems with 1Password 8 as you can see from previous posts, but I'm not that ready to give up on it yet. However, today I loaded 1P8 onto my iPhone and the Watchtower score is different than on my Mac. This is disturbing because it makes me question my data and how safe it is because if the database is syncing properly these numbers should match and they don't. Someone at Agilebits needs to explain why. Data is the most important thing there is and I already see sync problems. Make a change in one place and there is no way to force it to update in another. I have to wait for some unknown time for that sync to happen. No idea how long that is.
Agilebits needs to explain - 1) why isn't there a button or method of refreshing data after making a change on one device without having to wait some unknown time for it to replicate around. 2) Why is my Watchtower score on Mac 943 and iOS 878 a difference of 65.
Anyone else seeing this? Now I'm questioning the value of Watchtower and the accuracy of my data stored in this app. I use the app multiple times a day and second to the OS it's the most important one I have. It just has to work properly.

Hello dwmreg! 👋
Many different factors can affect your Watchtower score, some of those factors are device specific and you may see different scores on different devices since different devices will support different ways to increase your security (such as Face ID on iOS, or Touch ID for macOS).

1Password 8 will ensure that any changes made on one device are immediately visible on all of your other devices as long as all of your devices are connected to the internet. If that isn't happening on one of your devices then something is going wrong and we'll need to investigate further. On which device are updates to items being delayed and for how long?
