Hello Dave,
a few months before I got this support ticket: BDH-22814-758 - the website where the ROR problems occurs is mentioned there. A specific website is my problem, as I am neither owning a website nor am I a developer.

Thanks for the reply! I can't comment on support tickets here in the public community, please follow up in the ticket itself for an update on that specific website.
Regarding Related Origin Requests in general, I've passed your feedback along to our product and development team. If you, or someone else, can provide a publicly accessible website (that doesn't require a phone number or an existing account to register) where we can test this further then I can share that with our team as well

Well, e.g. Amazon has integrated ROR in a more conservative way. You can use your Passkey created on amazon.de to login on amazon.com
See their well-known configuration for reference: https://www.amazon.de/.well-known/webauthn
With 1Password you are not able to login with your passkey on related origins. Other than Lothars sample the do not create passkeys to a different origin, this way the impact is not as significant.
