What minimum files need to backup to have offline access to them
Waht files I have to backup to be able show my passwords on completly offline computer later?

Ok so if I understand it correctly, there is no viable way how to access my passwords on freshly installed offline computer. So storing access data to setting up internet connection (or other "offline" passwords - encrypted disks etc.) in 1Password is not good idea :D
