At least for the immediate future: yes. 💯 Beyond that, can't promise 1Password 7 will continue to work indefinitely. Once 1Password 8 is released, development will shift focus entirely, and 1Password 7 won't be updated further.

Thanks, 1P_Ben, for the link to the Beta announcement, which says ...
This release is compatible with all of our existing apps. You're welcome to use 1Password 8 on your iPhone or iPad alongside 1Password 7 on your other devices.
Will 1Password 7 and 1Password 8 work together on all devices in a Family Plan?

Hey Ward
Thanks for your interest in 1Password 8. I don't have anything I can share about 1Password 8 for iOS quite yet, but that'll be changing soon. 😀 Please keep an eye out for news. As for 1Password 8 for Mac, it runs on macOS Monterey, Big Sur, and Catalina.
Several of these devices are too old to run the latest operating system.
I understand it isn't always practical to have all devices that run the very latest, but to stay safe online I would encourage you to make sure you're running operating systems that are still actively receiving security updates. At present the oldest macOS that meets that criteria is macOS 10.15 (Catalina). macOS 10.14 is unsupported by Apple and no longer receiving updates as of October 2021.
It wasn't intentionally done that way, but it turns out 1Password 8 supports all the same versions of macOS that Apple does.
