What's with the 3 steps left window?

When I just logged in, there was a window in my 1Password that indicated I had 3 steps left. Funny but I've used 1Password for 10 years. So, what's with the little window? It's asking me to do someth...

+1. I can’t believe how 1P rolled this out. It seems designed to annoy your existing customers.

I have used 1P for 10 years on multiple devices, and on all of those devices I’ve had to take time to dismiss these unwanted prompts.

Whoever approved releasing this, what on earth were you thinking?!
