That definitely doesn't sound right and I'm sorry that you're running into issues with saving your passkey for the Quickbooks website. As a first step, can you make sure that 1Password is set as the default password manager in Chrome:
Then, try to delete the existing passkey from the Quickbooks website and then from 1Password. Then, use 1Password to save a new passkey: Save and sign in with passkeys in your browser
If that still doesn't work then please reproduce the sign-in issue one more time and then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:
Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
