When we will be able to concatenate password and OTP with 1Password?

There are several https://1password.community/discussion/74155/concatenate-password-with-onetime-password asking about the ability to compose combined passwords, made from PIN+OTP, where PIN is basically the static password and OTP is the variadic part, but sadly we never seen this feature implemented.

While 1Password is still my favourite password manager, using it is a huge PITA if you have a corporate PIN+OTP implementation, especially one that requires >10 logins during a normal day. I reached a point where I would switch to any other solution that would implement this feature first.
