Where is th password generator?

I can no longer find the password generator in the app or on the desktop. How do I access it? 1Password Version: 8.5.0 Extension Version: 7.9.3 OS Version: 12.1

Everything looks okay / as expected in that screenshot. Were you able to follow the steps in the video I posted? If not, at what point do you get hung up?
