which version of 1Password run-in MacOS 13.6?

Just to clarify, by 13.6 do you mean that you're currently running macOS 10.13.6? If you are then you won't be able to install 1Password 8 which requires macOS Catalina 10.15 or later. You can still install and run 1Password 7: https://1password.com/downloads/mac/#legacy-downloads

If it's possible then I recommend that you update macOS to the latest version so that you can take advantage of not only the latest version of 1Password but also the latest version of macOS which includes bug fixes and security updates that will help keep you safe online.
