Who made decisions for the redesign?

Creating a new login doesn't have an ephemeral history of a newly-created account for a website. It offered me a good password, but no option to save it. Vault has nothing. It created a (good) random PW for a new login, but zero options to actually save it.

After nearly 15 years of using your product, v8 is awful. UI/UE deprecated, features deprecated. Why should I continue to use your 1P?
