Thanks for your message. It sounds like you are having troubles with the option to import from the menu (

) being greyed out. To confirm, this would be the case if you are not signed into the app.If you are signed into the app already, could you confirm you have a copy of your Emergency Kit and if signing out and back into the app helps with this behaviour? How to Sign out of 1Password
