That's a known issue that the 1Password folks are still working on resolving.

I used "Import your LastPass data using 1Password's in-app importer" found in one of the emails I received when I set up the account.

I'm not sure, but it looks like a possible import issue during a move from LastPass. We might be able to make suggestions. We'd certainly like to know more about how this occurred. If you can please email the team and let them know more about how you imported.
