Why does my Ring acct list with Amazon, and visa versa when I'm signing in to either?

Why does 1Password give me my Ring acct. option as well as my Amazon option when I am signing in to Amazon? Or when I am signing in to Ring, the Amazon option is given as well! I have never linked...
