Why iPad vaults are not the same as iPhone?

In my iPad I can only see few vaults not all of them like my iPhone. Turning the “Travel mode” On or Off doesn’t make any difference. N.B. Both devices are connected to the internet and the same ...

Hi sherifelabd

Could you please let me know:

  1. Does either device have a vault called "Primary" on it? If so, which?
  2. If you sign in at https://my.1password.com/ are you able to see all of your data there?
