Win 11 & Firefox - Integration status: Connection problem

Windows 11, 1PW latest version, 1PW Firefox addon latest version.

Firefox 1PW addon does not unlock automatically and does not integrate with the main 1PW software.

Removed, reinstalled etc but no joy.

Any suggestions on how to fix?
