6 months agoIf you're seeing that issue in other apps, and not just 1Password, then that would suggest an issue with your device or Windows itself. I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft support or the manufacturer of your PC to have them investigate that further.
We're currently testing a fix for some Windows Hello entry issues in the latest nightly version of 1Password. Would you be willing to try the nightly to see if it resolves the issue for you?
- Open and unlock 1Password for Windows.
- Click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and click Settings.
- Click Advanced.
- Change the release channel to "Nightly".
- Click About and then click Check for updates and follow the prompts to install the nightly and restart 1Password.
Let me know if you still see the issue with the nightly. If you're not interested in trying the nightly version than that's okay, let me know.
