Noting that this is an issue for me as well. Windows Hello has suddenly started hijacking every prompt to create a new passkey, half-way through the 1Password setup workflow.

I'm using the 1Pass Firefox extension, with the Windows Desktop App.

I'm wondering if this new behavior is partially caused by the preparations to introduce 1Password as an alternative to Windows Hello: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/beta-release-1password-now-supports-windows-11-passkeys/156200
