7 months agoI'm sorry for the "Mac" typo, I've corrected that now. Thanks for mentioning the previous investigation, I've taken a look at the issue that was filed with our development team and I don't see any updates just yet.
Interestingly enough, I also don't see any other customer reports of the same issue and our team hasn't been able to reliably reproduce the issue either. Out of curiosity, since you reported the issue last year have you reloaded Windows your Windows PC at any point? Are you still seeing the same issue on the same device or on a different device?
