With non English language as system 1password keeps opening when opening other apps

Android 16 搭載の Sony Xperia 1 VI で英語をデフォルト言語に設定せずに 1Password を使用すると、メモアプリやその他のアプリを起動すると 1Password が開くことがあります。

Using a Sony Xperia 1 VI with 1password and when opening other apps no matter if the app name is in English or Japanese it keeps opening 1password. This wasn't an issue with android 15 but seems to be specific to android 16. I can provide a screen recording when it occurs again if the issue can be determined or if there is a way to send ADB logcat files or some other files.

    Hi bv1717​! Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're seeing, that sounds like an unusual one. 

    I did a little digging and found some users reporting similar behaviour. From what I'm reading it appears that this may be an issue in the system, rather than one with 1Password itself. Here's a Google issue tracker with reports. It's been marked as "Fixed" but users are still reporting issues as recently as January 25th. Do those reports line up with what you're seeing on your device?

      Hello,

      Same issue occurs in my device as well thanks for the bug report not sure if you know a way of getting this reopened since unlike the others in that thread it's specifically 1password that keeps opening whenever I open any other apps via searching for them using the Xperia Home UI launcher.
