Wrong result when seaching in desktop app
On the Windows Desktop App (1Password for Windows 8.10.82 (81082029)), when search for "Google", I get an unrelated result for a different entry, which has nothing to do with Google.
When I search the same item using the browser app or from 1password on the web, the erroneous entry does not show up (as expected). So the erroneous item only shows in the desktop app.
The erroneous entry has no google / gmail email tied to it. Google/Gmail was never used to sign into this item. Completely unrelated.
I tried duplicating the entry. I also tried creating a completely new entry, deleting the erroneous one both times. The duplicate and new entry also show up (again, only in the desktop app).
How can I fix this? Is this sometime I can do on my side?
Thank you
Update.
Turns out the (Memorable) password for that item had the word 'GOOGLE' in it.
I edited the password and now this results no longer shows up.Still curious as to why the item showed up when searching the desktop app but not when searching in the browser version of 1P, but my "problem" is solved.

I'm glad that you were able to solve the mystery, thanks for sharing with the community!

The desktop app has a more powerful search tool that will look through more fields than both 1Password in the browser and the web app at 1Password.com. It's normal to see simplified search results that are based mostly on the title or username of an item in the browser.
