I'm sorry that you're unable to open the 1Password app on your Mac and I'm sorry for the late reply. There was an issue back in May where a nightly update included an older database schema than the previous nightly version which may have led users to seeing this error message. Since then, we've pushed an update to resolve the issue via the nightly channel. 

If you're still seeing the error then let me know.
