Your saved data appears to be newer than this version of 1Password can use.
Nighty update user here. Unable to load into 1Password Desktop client. Attempted to: https://support.1password.com/uninstall-1password/?mac#remove-the-1password-app-and-data. grep -r '1password' ...
Same problem occurred while using a nightly beta. Had to remove 1Password folders stored in group containers. I reinstallerd the production version instead of the nightly.
~/Library/Group Containers/2BUA95CS5V.com.1password/
~/Library/Group Containers/2BUA95CS5V.com.agilebits/
