The most obvious question, yet not answered in any communication from 1P nor the FAQ. Strange.
There's literally a FAQ mentioning that the new platform is Gainsight :)

Where will my data be stored in the new Community?
Our new Community platform, Gainsight, is hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud servers located in the United States and Germany. For more details on Gainsight data handling, see Gainsight’s Privacy Policy.
