[11] Bug: OTP urls append "Related Items:" to the end without a line break

Just a quick bug. After OTPs are output, they always appear to have "Related Items:" at the end without a line break. It would also be great if OTP's were actually generated.

    Good news! The 1Password CLI 2.0.0-beta.9 includes the fix for the bug you reported.
