[65] Provide a way to list available tags, eg. `op tags list`

Please correct me if I missed it, but I don't see any straightforward method to list all the tags available with the CLI. In the 1Password 7 Mac App, I can see a list of all available tags easily in the sidebar.

It would be great if there was a see all the tags available. Preferably, a separate command such as op tags list or maybe showing the tags list as a column/field in the op item list command.

    Thanks! It would be nice if it supported a —categories flag too see tags associated with a certain category.

    This is an awesome suggestion!

    I think we can also introduce a --vault flag in there too, in order to show only the tags that exist in the specified vault.

    I've filed an issue on this internally, but please let us know if any other options/flags would help your use case.
