Can't download attachment on 1P: integrity ash error

Hello guys, never had problem with 1P since years but today, i can't download a file that i attached on a login :(

I can't download it on all my devices: 1P on my mac, on my iphone, on the online version of 1P if i click on download i see this:

    thanks very much but i solved restoring an old version of the file!!!!! Cheers we can close the issue

    I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue. To help further look into it, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
