CLI Integration Requires Windows Hello

We have observed that the current configuration in Settings > Developer > Integrate with 1password CLI mandates the enabling of Security > Unlock using Windows Hello. However, our testing indicates that this requirement may not be necessary anymore. In fact, the integration seems to function correctly when Windows Hello is enabled and subsequently disabled. Given this, we propose reconsidering this prerequisite to enhance user flexibility, especially for organizations that block windows hello.
