Existing, working key-pair when interacting with GitHub fails under imported key and 1P ssh-agent


sign_and_send_pubkey: signing failed for RSA "/Users/kend/.ssh/id_rsa" from agent: agent refused operation
git@github.com: Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.


In comparing the public key that already exists and the public key generated by importing the private key into 1P, I see a difference. The 1P public key is missing my email address at the end.

Please help.

Alternatively, please tell me how to uninstall 1P's ssh-agent so it will no longer be running. Everything was fine until I tried this.
